Owner and director of Bootcamp, Nathan has been a personal fitness trainer for a number of years. His experience has been varied with the majority of his clients wanting to tone up and lose weight. A large portion of these people have begun with a previous injury that have hampered their progress in reaching their health & fitness goals.
Nathan has studied and trained his clients in core stability, functional exercise and rehabilitation

 


After returning to Hong Kong after spending 20 years in New York, Sampson mainly runs the American Club BOOTCAMP. A full time personal trainer, Sampson is NASM certified which means he is qualified to personal train anywhere in the world

 

 


American born Jimmy Passatore has been involved in sports his whole life. Personal training throughout Asia between Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong. NASM- CPT internationally certified as well as a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and TRX suspension trainer. Jimmy Specializes in functional training and sports specific program design. Working on balance, stabilization, and core conditioning constantly challenging his clients base of support.

 


After serving in the US armed forces for a few years, Hayward has moved here from Florida and now a trainer of Bootcamp. Hayward’s cycling and running. His specialty is cardio, strength & weight loss.

 

 


Being the chef at a Lebanese restaurant he runs with his three brothers in Central makes Charbel more than capable of informing clients on nutrition aspect of their training.
Regularly competing in the gentle art of Ju-Jitsu, Charbel brings in the sport’s philosophy of cardio and stamina into his training sessions

 

 


After graduating from Leeds Metropolitan with a degree in Sports Science, Louis returned to the country where he was born and is now a personal trainer as well as taking BOOTCAMP.

 

 


A multi linguist, Nina speaks German, Spanish, French and English as well as being a fitness fanatic. As well as running Bootcamp classes twice a week she also does one-on-one personal training. For all those new and expectant mummies Nina specializes in keeping you fit and healthy
From an early age Louis had a strong aptitude for sport and began his professional tennis career at 8 years old and represented Hong Kong in the under 18s.

 


Joey has always been an active person from school life where she played badminton and sprinted for school teams to the day she quit her first and only office job to become a personal trainer. Training herself five days, Joey joins Bootcamp to spread the love she has for working out. Joey is a certified international personal trainer and specializes in weight management, core stability, strength and endurance training, muscle toning and posture correction. Joey believes everyone has the power to better their life, sometimes we just need a little push.



Simon has lived in Hong Kong for 18 years now and recently joined our Bootcamp team. He has been a National HK’ XV Rugby Team Player since 2005 and he really takes fitness up the notch. His favorite sport is rugby, squash and snowboarding. In his spare time, he likes to body surf.




Certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer as well as teaching group exercise classes for the last eight years in Hong Kong and Singapore, Geoff believes that goal setting, progression and consistency with all areas of your fitness program are the keystones to achieving the results you desire.
