Become a BOOTCAMP recruit and take part in a fun results-based program that works on cardio endurance, strength ability and muscle toning, which is achieved through interval, circuit, high intensity and body resistance training.

There are three classes to choose from :

- INFANTRY BOOTCAMP, for beginners.
- BOOTCAMP for Intermediates
- SAS BOOTCAMP

So whatever your fitness level the workout is open to all, whether it is the first time you have out on a pair of trainers or you are preparing for a triathlon.

INFANTRY BOOTCAMP for BEGINNERS is a 45 minute program that is geared up for people with no fitness level at all. BOOTCAMP for Intermediates is harder and longer. Over 55 minutes, recruits endure core and body weight exercises as well as short distance running from location to location. For the hardcore there is SAS BOOTCAMP- 75 minutes in length it takes BOOTCAMP up a notch and is ideal for those who want to cross-train for their sport.

Alternatively get a group of friends or colleagues together and form your own private BOOTCAMP. Accommodating five to 20 people private BOOTCAMPS can be arranged at a time and place that suits you.
